Canadian Payments and Returns
Canadian customers may submit payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or through ACH. Our Customer Service Team will review payment details as orders are received.
Canada Return Policy – IMP-718/0926
To initiate a return of product(s), customers must submit a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) request and agree to the terms of our Return Policy.
Shipping Method: Approved RGAs must be returned to Implantech using FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority only. Any other shipping method, including International Ground, may result in customs delays, FDA review delays or the product being returned to the shipper.
Commercial Invoices: Implantech customer service will provide a commercial invoice and complete the key fields required, including product descriptions and HS codes.
